Today, I will introduce one of the most famous street food in the northeast area of the Yangtze River in China. It even can be called the King of Street Food due to the following reasons. First, it can not be found on any restaurant menu, not mention the supermarket. You can just buy it on the food stands along the streets. Second, it is very popular in the local area. Last but not least, there are several ways to enjoy it. You can eat it directly or use it as an ingredient to make some special dishes.
Its name is Ma You San Zi（麻油三子）, for short called San Zi（三子）. Do not read it in standard Mandarin. Using the regional accent to pronounce it is more authentic.
The cooking method is not too complicated. Kneading, stretching and rolling up dough into a cord. Then put it in heating oil, using a pair of chopsticks to curl it till forming its shape. Take it out and dry in the air. Now, enjoy this delicious King of the Street Food.
